Those trades are traditionally considered "SELLS" at the bid. these transactions are generally seen as not positive, especially if there is no volume of BUYing at the Ask. It indicates a downward momentum of the shareprice.

Until we get official info from McHerny don't expect any real volume BUYing to occur. IMO.
