Re: Stock_Tracker #4
UBIQUITY Inc. being sued as well Ubiquity Broadcasting. You have made statements that are not true and as I have said I want to deal with facts... I cannot believe you went and looked up the case in the Orange County Superior courts online. If you did you would of seen this ( anyone can see this it is public knowledge!)
Case Id: 30-2014-00725055-CU-CO-CJC
Case Title: THINK DESIGN MEDIA, INC. VS. UBIQUITY, INC.
Case Type: CONTRACT - OTHER
Filing Date: 05/27/2014
Category: CIVIL - UNLIMITED
THINK DESIGN MEDIA, INC. PLAINTIFF 05/28/2014
UBIQUITY BROADCASTING CORPORATION DEFENDANT 05/28/2014
UBIQUITY, INC. DEFENDANT 05/28/2014
This lawsuit is very substantial and material to shareholders. I know based on facts that they mislead this group to steal their hard work, IP, ideas and have financially devastated them. They raised millions dollars off the backs of Think Design Media technology without fulfilling their agreement and paying them (essentially stealing). They knowingly in April 2014 put a press release out about GiftSender to pump up the stock hype. Meanwhile they had known since last fall there was litigation coming based on their failure to perform, to be honest, and stealing Think Media IP.
