Titan was saying that if Matt purposely dragged the PPS down for a buying opportunity that it considered manipulation and it would land his butt in jail. I am sticking with my theory, he was clearing the air and being transparent because he is going into a highly regulated sector and he wants to take this company to a reputable exchange where this BS can't happen as easily.
