Rod took over as CEO when he was elected due to the sudden death of the previous CEO, Patrick Champney who did absolutely nothing during his tenure. Rod quickly moved forward with getting the tailing piles drill tested as part of acquiring the necessary funding for the restoration of the mine. Again the sticky post timeline shows his accomplishments.

Proven ineptitude is not seen except by the previous CEO. Rod has continued to move SIRG forward and he will return the mine to production ASAP.
