You say the remaining SIRG permits are several months away. Can you provide proof of that statement?

We know that the EA was submitted on July 27th and BLM had 30 days to comment or sign off, meaning they approved. Several department heads had already signed off a month ago. Have you called BLM to inquire whay the reason for the delay is?

The APP is a pre-existing permit that required updating and the transfer to SIRG. The application is in the process of being returned to SIRG with comments and any changes. SIRG will not sit on their hands once they receive this and will continue to move forward.

Perhaps you missed reading the Scoping Report that clearly showed a timeline for returning the mine to production that showed FIVE months, NOT SIX to restore the mine to production. And clearly that can be reduced by proper preparation.
