Dont bother, its clear that he doesnt understand what he is talking about. Focus on just price is a fools game when trying to create wealth. Its the process that is more important! Price comes last! And if not a fool, than an agenda may be in order to question. I dont know what it is, but it doesn't matter. You cant help someone who doesn't want to be helped themself, and if there is malicious intent, it will eventually show itself true.
