It may happen in late 2015 or early 2016, but it will happen. In the meantime, the sp will move higher as the company's fundamentals continue to improve.

Unlike many OTC companies with challenging share structures, Scrips reported its total OS on May 20, 2014 was under 130 million shares.

In March, Scrips received an initial order from Hong Kong in the amount of $200K for the sale of RapiMeds, a Tylenol-based, easy melt children's pain reliever, though SCRC has yet to ship this order - I was unable to pull up the PR on this order.
