BBio was paid what 20 million shares? 20 Millions shares at pre suspension was worth about 250K post suspension 25K? I'm pretty sure any agreement or contract had some clauses that company had to remain either legit or SEC Compliant. Thus would give them the chance to jump ship if they wanted to. JMO
