Prior to the 10K, I would have been willing to bet money that, as a final pump, JBI was going to announce a processor sale in one of their famous "Principal Definitive Contracts" to some 3rd-world hole that would have been impossible for anyone to verify. I still think there's a small chance they might do that.
My guess is they would have picked a country where there is little-to-none recycling of plastic, using that as the rationale. Of course, working in such poverty-stricken places that are filled with corruption, violence, disease, and everything else would pose certain problems. Also, only the most foolish would believe that a developing country would make a purchase for an item costing something like 5000x-10000x their annual per capita income, when there are infinitely more useful things to do with a chunk of money that size in a developing country.
But that is what I was expecting from JBI.
