Yes we can discuss anything, just be civil and back up your statements. What everyone syaing is extremely illegal. I think Matt is smarter than that, like I said last night if Matt sold every share authorized he would only raise 7 to 800,000 dollars at this level. It is not worth risking jailtime for less than a million dollars. If he spent the money he has from the 504  offered in 2011 and the money to get TGGI out of their current TA and into Baron along with some of the interested parties buying up shares and retiring them through the treasury and dropped the A/S to say 500 million and the PPS went up to a dollar, he could then issue another 250 million shares sell them from 1.00 to say .75 and make almost triple that money while still maintaining a respectable A/S. I am not saying that is what is going on, but that is how I would do it. Don't be fooled, he has a plan and the A/S increase and the R/S is just suicide. He is too smart to do that, he has put a lot of work into this why destroy it over a few hundred thousand dollars. It just doesn't make sense.
