You're purchasing your shares from someone who did put money directly into the company or from shares which Mr. Bordynuik and others aligned with him directly sold to the market in exchange for money. Indirectly, you did.
I certainly hope it's the case that Mr. Bordynuik is no longer selling shares and that no more PIPEs will be done...in which case I would strongly advocate you buy more shares to benefit those who do decide they want to get out.
And if the Grampp suit is successful as a class action suit, I would advocate that you show your support for Mr. Bordynuik and exclude yourself from the class as well. You would benefit by showing your support and the class members would benefit by receiving a larger recovery for their losses.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
