Belle Ocean was Tokyo line is all EIT showed
Aal Dalian never was on EIT as per my investigation -who knows -since came from and went outside Mex should not have used API cabotage and never saw it at Cemex but I didnt look every day and cement unlikely to Canada
North Prince still not on EIT and its too big to go anywhere except EIT except possibly a 12.5 m API cabotage berth or carrying a light product- and I dont remember ever seeing a Panamax at API
logic has its limits in an illogical world but its all we got right now re this
