A curious sidebar is that CPA accounting firm LL Bradford Co. LLC was once formally engaged by SK to audit 2011 and 2012 and parts of 2013 but later disappeared into the sunset; no explanation by SK; no audits ever done.

LL Bradford Co. LLC quit WBXU.

Pot stocks WBXU and SKTO were suspended by SEC just one day apart, 06/05 and 06/06, respectively. Coincidence?
