heres to another bike ride, star bucks coffee, two bayer's, something new, thanks to burns, and 4 hours of riding up and down mt. umunhum, 2 1/2 is the record, should be 3, times up, totaling 9,600 ft, however my bike broke on the last run, making it only 21/2x's up, now the bike has a new chain, new gears, and oil, lets see if we can make it 3xs, will do it twice today, and shoot for the record tomorrow, why not go for it today, because i will not feel like riding tomorrow, but if done as planned will have 5 trips up in two days, sounds tough enough for me, mt, umunhum has over a 10% grade, it is a Lance Armstong, hill!! lets enjoy today, one of my favorite sayings live life one breath at a time, just though of another, live life one pedal stroke at a time,
