The first rule of a serious petition is to demand something or a stop to something that actually exists or can exist. This petition can't be taken seriously because it misnames an SEC suspension as an SEC halt. There is a no such animal as an SEC halt. If you can, notify the author about the error before the petition is circulated en masse.
