I think them and Big Pharma might be afraid of Dharmanol and the online of PJ that can reach everywhere. SEC seen that SKTO was startating to make their big move soon and was told to shut it down. I would not doubt that the Adminstration told the SEC ( Their Henchmen ) to shut some MMJs down.
