Good article Wolfie. I live about an hour from Richmond VA. Richmond is HQ to some big tobacco and years of history in tobacco. May be unrelated but may also be directly related. It was reported locally here RJ Reynolds or one of them was investing $50 million in a new warehouse. Why would an industry that has been under fire relentlessly be doing that???? Perhaps positioning itself? Suspect warehousing requirements for tobacco are very similar to that of cannabis.
