If the Preferred are all sold and raise enough money, I don't think that the A/S or O/S will be touched.  He has stated that before. And it looks like the preffered are being purchased.

I personally believe that we are much closer on a down payment for a brokerage than most people realize.

That will be the PR that will get us rock and rolling.
