Yeah - some here lost BIG. I had all my extra cash here. All of it. And most people can't wait years to recoup….if I don't sell this year it totally fucks all my taxes up/etc….so…we get stuck, some have to sell in 2014 like me….and get screwed. I'm bummed. And for a lot of people this is money for rent/family/etc.
