Need to get the House of Reps, etc to work the SEC from the inside and get them to be more responsible for their actions. These folks seem to be just shooting from the hip and have way too much power without a reasonable internal review process . The MJ company leaders need consider creating an industry advocate group similar to the NRA that represents the industry as a whole against actions like these from the SEC and others.

The SEC is acting like the bully on the block and the MJ company's are the new kids on the block or new to their tactics. The SEC does not appear to be handling the larger companies trading on the big boards the same way. They get hit with fines but don't seem to have their stock suspended.
