I must of lost something in the translation. My prior post was not a bash. It was questioning Pro on why he would believe managements time table now when they have not been accurate yet on getting fins audited or merging into medical greens. Yes I agree that unfairly the SEC is going after this sector but I also believe that the company egged them on by not meeting self proposed deadlines and other inconsistancies in their filings. All speculation at this point because we don't know what actually prompted them suspending us besides their vague excuse. It's ashame though that everyone is guilty and you have to prove your innocent. At your own expense, but here in this case the shareholders are the one that will pay the ultimate price.
This could be something really, really simple or it can be something really, really bad. Either way we will be banned to the grey sheets and we still need the sec approval for the upcoming merger if it is still able to be put together after this investigation. Anyways best of luck to ya!
