What??? No its NOT. SKTO/AEGY is DEAD. Banished to grey sheets.
There is no possible chance they can merge. If you want to give shareholders any hope, maybe, just maybe possibly they will throw us a bone and include us as insiders in the newly formed company in Colorado.
They existing tickers cannot merge, but the new company can go through all the BS to do an IPO. This is the only way medical greens can be a NEW publicly traded company.
Henry Jans original letter mentioned an iequity IPO. Whether or not they include us is completely up to them. I am looking forward to the next BS letter.
