Damn right it's political. Oh, that's right, the SEC is here to protect us. I fogot.
If that was true then IHUB would have been shut down years ago. For those of you who are going to plan a class action lawsuit against the company you might want to direct your lawsuit against the SEC instead. The only way out of this is the company. Why would you cut their throat before they have a chance to respond? JFC!
