I typically only trade options.

Almost always a short seller, with varying degrees of strategies, although recently I went long on some DITM (deep in the money) June exp Calls on VXX.  Down a little bit on the position over the last few days, but it is near significant support and can't imagine it cuts through for long.

Since volatility is so low right now across the entire market, these short positions are not bringing in much premium and forcing me to get into positions that are having to be sometimes over managed.

I was a covered call seller back in the day, but I have moved away from it recently.
