Coulson bought 30% of OTC Markets and has repeatedly stated his aim and determination to clean up OTC Pinks. That implies OTCM is no longer a rubber stamp for penny stock operators. I speculate that OTC Markets is working tightly with Finra and the SEC MFTF in the clean up. There's a reason OTCM wouldn't uptier SK.
