PVEC forum is working for me. Jason posted the following at 1:03pm ET:
"It has come to my attention that there have been numerous password issues that have been preventing folks from logging into the forum. I believe I have rectified these issues - remember also that your password must be changed every 90 days for security purposes. Also, if you get a message that you must enter a "CAPTCHA" to continue, please be sure to hit the yellow info box at the bottom of the page to "show all content". This forum runs on a secure server as notated by the "https" in the browser address bar. The CAPTCHA service does not, therefore by default, Internet Explorer will not show "unsecure" content by default."
