spice, most sensible post I've seen in awhile. You are 100% correct. Road complete, landing site ready, divers ready-just the government is dragging around with our permit. Its like if we took a driver's license test and passed but were told DO NOT DRIVE until we send you your official driver's license. So all you could do was wait on your license-these people get paid the same if they get our permit to us in 6 days or 6 months-the government is the same every where !!!!!!!!!
