Verdant may not own but controls via majority share of LTHU I suspect.
Last annual thru dec 2010 last quarterly thru 9/2011, I think.
Business # disconnected was number shown on otcmarkets.com for LTHU
..called & lmco for sales rep John Hazel 610 256-1567 who have talked to before. LTHU has the papers but just never filed them IMO.
IMO problem might be German owned or controlled, in Germany, so could care less about USA market. I'm out. Someone should follow up Verdant if interested in LTHU.
