i am equally certain that the successful early adopter of this newly emerging sector (disruptive tech)

will create generational wealth .. there are only a handful in the running
regardless of how much *noise* gets posted by 2 of the Welland 3

the reality is it will also depend on how *handled*

imo 5 days ago the stars were in total alignment for this last round for mgmt

meaning >> based on observing almost 5 years of *trading patterns* on the stock
and noting reg sho percentages *marked* by the PROs

if i'd been mgmt >> i'd have issued the K and Q simultaneously
with a *detailed* Update out within the hour of the Q's filing

allowing remaining housekeeping items (ticker/name/cusip) to be in place by EOM/EOQ

setting up what i believe to be en route re: a sequence of material events that culminates in uplisting out of the cesspool aka OTC

clearly mgmt couldn't do that .. it could be as simple as waiting on funds re: Q

or something else entirely

what is very clear to me (and yep my opinion) is that neither the co.s
founder or the current ceo lack a work ethic or a moral compass

but i'm sure *exhaustion* is a daily companion .. to say nothing of
interfacing with advisers (legal and others)

when P2O uplists .. they have one hell of a tax write off

and imo the most perfected (until proven otherwise by filings re: other pubcos in the sector >> hint none currently) system

i will take that risk ..

and recognize for me >> PROs never cover one second b4 being forced to do so

hence my *lack of concern* re: PPS gyrations

it's the first lesson any *investor* in the OTC needs to learn

never risk more than you can afford to lose

and know your risk tolerance
