I can accept that as explanation, but it still looks odd to do, because he's becoming less transparent, and my experience tells me it is for one reason only... Thing is, whether or not he has a valid reason to hide the OS #'s, his Transfer Agent doesn't, and when these two elements come together (hiding & gagging) I can't help but think more dilution is underway. No reason to gag his TA!
