250 drive by.... No one on site aside from 2 security guards... NO ADDITIONAL WORK on the cement... Still lacking there (70-80% left) ... Pulled into the main driveway and the two guards were quick to approach. I asked them how it was gong and if they had invested. They said "in what?", and I said "in what's going on here" signaling to all the fences etc and the nice lady promptly said "its a sheep farm". We had a good laugh and I wished them good luck. IMO we may already have the liscese however they are just waiting for the final approval. I atill think the sidewalks must be done before they get the final stamp. I could be wrong. Just my. 02 here.
