There's just so many things to be wary of, I'm keeping a critical eye. I am a very trusting person in general, I can get that back but not on blind faith. Need to actually see progress.

It MAY be a safe "loading" level because it looks like they are keeping this above a penny. The downside here doesn't appear disastrous. I'm less worried about suspension this week because fins have been out long enough for the SEC to have already pounced if they wanted to.
