SIRG has been "nearly completely done with the BLM permitting process" for over a year now, since the point where Rod mistakenly assumed that everything would just transfer over like magic. Since then, each milestone has been missed, many by months. This BLM permitting is no different. And there will be many other "assumptions" Rod made that will become additional hurdles to overcome before we are producing copper. I stand by my late 2013 or early 2014 predictions. Only time will tell.
