Why don't Bordynuik or Heddle pay this piddling parking ticket to get the best processor in the world running again??

Bordynyuik has made a lot of money in the last five years! (probably several million). Why does he not just pay this parking ticket and get the processor running??
Heddle, if what we were incessantly told by the true believers is actually true, put $3 million of his own money into JBI, and this was irrefutable proof of his conviction and faith in the company. Why doesn't he just pay the $250k?? This is 1/12 of the $3 million amount for god's sake!
Bordynyuik and Heddle actions indicate they have no faith whatsoever in the processor.
