That's a funny bet. Why bother getting current? Why spend months on the FYE 12/13 financials? Why spend weeks on the Q1/2014 financials? Why go to lengths to register RIGH in a more-cost effective state (WY)? Why bother writing two OTC PR's, to spell out all plans (then go about executing each step?)? Why take the time to bring "an accomplished" scholar on board, with the pedigree and contacts to assist with M&A? Why spend the time, money and effort to accomplish all of these things?
