Help - Quarterly report filed thru 3/2014 has PH# 888 531-4931 signed off by CEO Tom Parilla and this number is for a pump & dump company (msg machine) ?
888 447-5501 is a msg machine too and no one answers.
Is the 12 cent buy-out offer still on the table or is it dead?
Has annual filing requirement been met yet (per last annual report was thru 2012).
What about the 92:1 ratio of AFFW stock to FRTD shareholders (8/2014?)as have heard nothing more about it. Website still under construction to open when?
