it really comes as no surprise

as for legal *fallout* >> here's a clue

the CONtinued draining of resources (legal/financial/emotional) is another tactic undertaken daily

they have 4+ years of a significant abusive short position in JBI's stock

they aren't going away .. and they won't cover UNTIL FORCED TO DO SO

the concern for all investors has to be how *tightly entwined* >> *some* are with those who CONtroll aspects

let me reiterate (and why CON's side re: publc ANGST is ratcheting up towards moi)

risk rises exponentially the closer mgmt gets to execution
