Agreed, along with something I have not seen discussed yet is the fact that now we have 2 applications in. Now, with my experience with dealing with government entities...it would be logical that the second application will have to be reviewed and certified to move forward before inspection. Now, because we have the first one in it is my thinking that HC will want to do both inspections at the same time, and, MAY, have even been asked by us to do it that way. By doing so I think they actually expedite the process for the total property as a whole. Just my thinking on this. GLTA
