Previously, with the reduction of the Authorized shares from 1B to 700M, they forgot to register their 10M preferred shares.
Well, on 5 May 2014, they rectified this oblivion and amended the filing. This means to me that they listen to shareholders and want to do the right thing.
Very good sign imo. One more topic bashers can't bash about anymore.
