I'm fairly certain the PHOT shareholders voted to add 2.2 billion more shares but it could have just been 2 billion at some point early this year just before they had a shareholders meeting. That would have given them about 3.5 billion A/S. Not sure about the O/S. It was a topic of discussion that both the FITX and PHOT boards engaged in spirited debate at times.
