Haha IMO it's in HC's best interest to grant FITX ASAP, all others are small timers and now hitting on errors that must be making HC wonder about demand once again. The injunction is 100% the one thing HC needs to see ended. W/small timers and others that are so called big timers running into problem after problem I don't see how HC can wait on this.
