Obviously you did not read the two page notice of shareholders meeting that was mailed to you. Signed by the CEO, there will be no proxy sent out and the only vote will be for the directors. Period, that's it. No more BS. I hope the pps raises so I can get my money back, but so far the indications from the CEO in that letter to shareholders are not positive.

You either sign the NDA at the shareholders meeting or you can now request one from MR Hume, execute that NDA then you'll get the 2013 financials. Nothing said about the Proxy, as there is no proxy.
