Question on the financials.
I have been thinking about this and it really doesn't bug me one way or the other that we have yet to receive the fins.
I am wondering if the delay could be related to some possible dilution (Please don't take this the wrong way) that has transpired. I understand that everything costs money and they probably don't have tons of expendable cash. I expect to see an increase in shares not just from the dividend but also from the company raising capital. With the volumes we have seen recently the amount of (potential) raised capital should be fairly low IMO.
Am I way off base here?
Could they be delaying in our favor? Would a NY and/or Brazil announcement soften the blow of an increased share structure?
I'm not saying that there was any dilution for sure, but to me it makes sense. They have been doing a lot of work and nothing comes for free. I don't know of any toxic funding packages at this point either. As long as they are reinvesting in the company I am cool with it.
