The 10K literally blew away an entire year--the results of the fourth quarter of 2013 and giving an excuse for why Q1, Q2 and Q3 of 2014 would also be out of commission. But like water off a duck's back, the 10K is dismissed and it's back to squawking at invisible abusive shorts for their supposed role.
