We're seeing posts (especially on Yahoo) where investors are not understanding the S-1/A filing. Perhaps that is responsible for some of the selling today. Many seem to view it as a new filing where even more shares are being issued, and not as an amendment to the S-1 filing from several weeks ago. Also, from the posts I'm seeing on the boards, many assume the 147M shares are going to be dumped on the market right away, not realizing the company is just clearing the regulatory path to issue those shares as needed between now and the time when LymPro revenues will reduce or eliminate the need for further dilution.

The ignorance of some investors never ceases to astound me. They will spend far more time researching a digital camera purchase than they'll spend learning about their investment or the filings a company is required to make. And then they'll blame the CEO when they don't have instant profits from their investment.
