initial impression = beyond fugly

but imo one doesn't hire a CFO @ 150k
and pay an audit firm 250k

to go out of business

very happy K (housekeeping) has been filed
i expect (speaking for myself) that Q will be filed b4 EOW

today's time stamp re: K filing tells me it was most likely submitted late ah's yesterday

what i'm interested to see is what comes out of mgmt post Q being filed
