You are either thinking of salvia, which is a psychedelic trip that is not very pleasant. You can buy this in leaf of extract form at headshops. You can also buy cannibinoids that is created in a lab and then mixed with leafy particle to create a "herbal blend"

Neither one of these are from growing bad weed. They are completly different and shouldnt be referenced together.
