I called someone I know at HQ, he said they received a check from Luis for $300K and doesn't know what the "Award" means....this person isn't responsible for the filings, but I talk to him often.

Baltia has never used convertible debt in their financing activities. They've just allowed Luis to own the plane IF and ONLY IF they cannot pay his loan back after certification...which is absolutely not going to happen lol
