You have to admit friend that dark really was good. My guess is that all those shares that were waiting for the 10K to be filed before they could come off restriction and be dumped are responsible for today's massacre. I wouldn't be surprised to see JBII settle around $0.05 or so over the next week or two after all the bleeding stops. That would still give it a market cap of around $5 million, which I think is 10-100X too high still, but thar she blows, as Cappy Heddle might say.
