According to that deposition, a couple of years ago Mr. Bordynuik sold about a million dollars worth of shares as soon as he was able and purchases a motel to rehab. Mr. Bordynuik's actions already showed that he felt his time and money were better deployed in fixing up an old motel rather than in furthering P2O.
Even from the very beginning in 2009 when Mr. Bordynuik spent $80,000 to buy controlling interest in the shell stock. He could have instead purchased a pyrolysis processor and kept all of the P2O profits for himself...if he really believed in it.
